Building Decarbonization and HVAC System Modernization Project This comprehensive project focuses on decarbonizing a significant portion of the building's heating network to reduce greenhouse gas emissions while substantially improving overall energy efficiency. The initiative encompasses the replacement of HVAC systems across multiple mechanical rooms throughout the facility, including coolers, boilers, and associated accessories. Plombaction will provide specialized subcontracting services for preparatory plumbing work, medical gas installations, heating and cooling systems, and ventilation infrastructure during Phase 1 of the expansion project. The work involves installing state-of-the-art ventilation equipment on the roof and upgrading critical mechanical systems to meet contemporary environmental standards. Conducted as part of Phase 4 of the major renovation initiative at Hôpital Pierre-Le Gardeur, this project supports the facility's expansion objectives. The expansion aims to increase bed capacity in several strategically important hospital sectors, directly addressing the region's evolving demographic needs and ensuring enhanced patient care capacity for the community.
